Growing up in Jersey City as a bilingual Spanish-speaking resident, Mildred witnessed the evolution of both Hoboken and Jersey City over the last 40 years. She has always been impressed with Hoboken’s diverse community and how much our ‘mile square city’ has to offer. She is very excited to be part of our growing city. It also means a lot to her that Jersey City has gone through a renaissance as well.As a highly intelligent and energetic agent, Mildred is motivated by the following guiding principles: hard work, dedication, loyalty, teamwork, transparency, and open communication. These principles allow her to be a real advocate for a client as a buyer, a seller, a tenant, or a landlord.In addition, as a mother of two children and a Hudson County resident, she has a unique perspective.
